Yeah your LORs will be good until your account expires - usually if they are older than a year or so it's good to ask your recommender to maybe update it incase they wrote something that was particular for that coming cycle.
Can I deleted the letter myself or do I have to call the LSAC? I do not see an option for me to delete it. My concern was the timing of letter on file as shown by the time stamp.
A one-two year old letter isn't stale, I think you should be fine. Also I haven't been on LSAC in a while but if you can't find the option to delete then call LSAC for assistance.
P.S. I just realized you meant REAL LSAT taken in a sequential order. I am sorry. I would delete that comment but there is no delete button. So ummm just disregard the comment above
