@josephellengar: Thank you so much for responding, I feel a lot better about the 4 section tests I have in my schedule. I also really like the advice on meditation, look forward to implementing that.
Biggest takeaways for me was reinforcing the idea of a nice sleep schedule and meditation. Definitely going to be practicing those over the next month going into December.
thank you all for your comments. @josephellengar - very comprehensive, will def try to avoid burn out and the meditation. I tried it before and it was helpful but i was never serious enough about it. I will go for the June exam.
Your physical conditions matter a great deal too. Make sure you get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise. I've never tried it personally, but some people on this forum are recommending regular meditation too.
One thing that's worked quite well for me has been mindfulness meditation before taking a practice test. It sounds like you're pretty stressed out... that cumulative stress can cloud your thinking as you go through the test.
