I'm about to take my first diagnostic PT. Is there a primer on the test mechanics? For example, should I have a pencil and paper? In the 7Sage testing environment, will it be obvious how to circle question numbers or strike through wrong answers?
These numbers are hardly moving. Granted, I have been on here for less than two months, but for some reason each time I log in and see this I feel discouraged and hopeless. Any suggestions?
Am I the only one who gets nervous/anxious knowing my possible failure chances before starting a drill?
Is there a way to turn this function off? Any tips to get over these feelings?

I plan on taking the June test and my numbers for LR/LG are almost right where I want them to be. However, I am struggling to see results in RC. Does anyone have any tips that helped them have a breakthrough or see more progress in RC?
I want to make sure that i'm not drilling with any of the recent 20 or so tests. Is that how 7sage has set this up? Also another discussion said the drills are from pts 1-45, but how does this translate to the prep test numbers in the 100s on 7sage?
