Yes... there was no 'break' between sections during the test... the proctor calls time... then asks you to turn the page... at least that is how it was with me.
Just have a friend be the proctor in return for a meal. And you can get a 5-section PT (the experimental pulled from an earlier PT) from Cambridge for $9-10ish.
Depends on your proctor. I got shafted once and given a warning for bubbling in a completed answer after the proctor announced to put our pencils down.
The best they can do is give you a refund so you can retake it. Unless proctor/testing center is absolutely egregious, nothing else will change -- at least from what I've heard.
I'll never forget the proctor with bad clock and "I'm always right" attitude. Oh, and the 60 or so pissed off future law students who knew they wer short-changed. I didn't notice anyone else, I was in the mode.
I always chew gum when taking tests, did it all through university lol. I don't think it would be a problem as long as you're not chewing loud. But again, it could depend on the proctor. I chewed the last time and it wasn't a problem.
