Hi, you don't have to have ProctorU on your phone. The proctor will ask you to use your Macbook camer to check your room and your desk area, then he or she will ask you to use a mirror or the selfie mode on your phone to check your laptop. -

You can get on proctorU and have them vet your setup beforehand. Get on chat and just ask the rep to do it. Make sure you're using the same internet connection you'll be using on test day. If you have an update do that first then test the setup. -

@kkole444 this is gonna sound so stupid but I had it in Feb and now it's gone. When I initially set up my account ProctorU prompted me to download it. Do you know if we can access it through the Chrome web store?
