CAS is good for five years I believe. You should have an expiration date on the left hand side of your account when you are on your main LSAC page. -

You can't submit your apps without an LSAT on the books since LSAC won't generate a report without it. That's just one of many reasons why February should never be your first for the following fall. -

They stay there as long as you have an active CAS account. Some people get weird about it and want new dates so they have their recommenders change the dates and resubmit, but it is totally unnecessary. -

Yep, I discovered a discrepancy on my report and had the school fix it, then they sent the replacement transcript to the LSAC, who reran my report. -
