My school sent it about 8 day ago and it hasn't been confirmed on LSAC yet- so you are not alone! I believe it can take up to 2 weeks after it is received to be processed by LSAC. -

Wow that seems really unfair and like a mistake on LSAC's part to me. They misread your transcript and that resulted in a really big change. I'd definitely go to your school first and get a letter from them or something and then bring it to LSAC.
