I came across a question where I don't understand the question stem or how to take on the question type ( Prep Test 36 Q24 Sec 1). Is there a systematic approach on how to take on these "evaluation" questions?

This might be a really obvious question, but: if a given LSAT has a less rigorous section, is it usually compensated by a very difficult section of another type? I find that when games are easy, reading comp is a lot harder.
So I had the tiny desks which aren't even big enough to spread the exam out on. Meanwhile, the other three classrooms at my university had full size desks. I'm not going to file a complaint....just wanted to gripe. There, now I'm done.
