I always went in order within each lesson. However, if I found myself getting bored or needing a different pace, I would finish my current lesson and move onto a lesson on logic games or reading comp. Basically just work on a new subject for a few days.

If you only have 5 weeks and your weakest is logic games, it might be most helpful for you to mostly focus on logic games - as an earlier poster said, drilling and re-drilling earlier tests is one of the best ways to do that.
