While not ideal, it's OK. I'd be more worriedabout wild fluctuations if you were 30 PT's in, but you are still getting used to the test and tying all the knowledge together under time pressure. Don't let a bad score drag you down!
If you're worriedabout it, just don't tell them. Withdraw, then on test day go see a couple of movies or something. When you get home tell them you bombed it and you'll take again in December.
Whenever I talk to anyone who is worriedabout wasting money on postponing LSATs, I just remind them that it's peanuts compared to how much you can get in scholarships from a great LSAT score.

Yeah, if you're at all worriedabout it, go ahead and try to get some kind of documentation. You'll have enough on your mind as it is, so if that puts you at ease even slightly, do it.
