Here's a great post that talks about which are real etc. -- I completely concur based on my test. I had the wonky two Qs per 1 stimulus twice in that 26-Q LR section of mine.

When you start to get sleepy, stand and do jumping jacks for 60 seconds, or take a jog around your building. Something physical to get your heart pumping should help to keep you more alert.
