What happened to closed captions?

Does anyone know what happened to close captions? I was using them to be able to study while working, and now I don't see them at all...

I am sorry about that.

You can can enable or disable the closed captioning by toggling the closed captions button, located at the bottom right of the video toolbar. Please see the GIF below:

If you still don't see the closed caption on your end, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Use a different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
2.Clear your browser's cache with these steps: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/

Again, I am terribly sorry for the trouble. If you are still having trouble, please let me know what device (Windows or Mac) and what browser you are using so that I can further investigate the issue.
