    For question 2, wouldn’t this be easier?:
    If you have FGV, and you know that G must go in 1 3 or 5, you automatically know that it can’t go in 1 because there is no room for F. Therefore, it must go in 3 or 5. Quickly draw 2 hypotheticals, placing G in it’s spots. Then you see, when G is in 5, F must be in 4 and V must 6, then you see that there is no room for rule 1 (P_ _M). Therefore, G must be in 3, and V must be in 4, therefore E is the right answer.
