    Check out Cambridge and/or this thread as @gasperstare353 recommended—I was book-based drilling/PT's for a solid 8 months before I got a single PDF. It. Can. Be. Done! 3 pink erasers at Target for $1 ... Savings overall? Priceless*

    *where "priceless" means exactly quantifiable in monetary terms aka not priceless at all. :D
