I've taken the LSAT twice at this location (June 2015 and September 2016) and I will add that the noise level can vary a bit depending on what room you are in. Not because of outside noise (as all classrooms here are very well insulated), but because of those fancy heavy doors. During my second test at this location, for some reason there was a constant stream of people going to the bathroom during sections and the constant slamming of the door was just awful. Try to request to sit away from the doors if you can!!
