@stepharizona288 You can ask the DMV for your driving record. Same for all of your school records. You also might want to contact the BAR in your state or where you want to practice to see if the medical condition will impact your ability to pass the C&F of the Bar. In some states, medical conditions/diagnoses can stop a person from being able to practice the law.
This sounds like the prudent course of action here. You can also get your driving abstract online and see tickets from the last 5 years I think.
