Is it seen as unprofessional to use an email address with a number in it? I made it [first name][last name]2122@gmail.com. I wanted a Gmail and it's impossible to make it just my name.

No, you should be fine. Something like Emily(Smith)2122@gregoryalexanderdevine723.com is perfectly fine. As long as it isn't like Blink182FanX6969@ilikephilosophy993.com, I think you're good money :sunglasses:
I mean, maybe? Who can say how any one person sees it? Personally I don't think it's a big deal.
