    Well probably not means that there is greater than a 50% chance of the outcome NOT happening. In the LSAT world I would interpret unlikely to at least mean less than 50% chance of something happening so pretty much the same. But but it’s more commonly used as a relative term in the real world and most people use it when something is probably very unlikely to happen like 10% or less.
