You are more than fine. keep the score tempting fate isn't worth it for a one point ego boost. As long as you have extra curricular/ work experience and a decent personal statement you will be more than in at Duke.
I'm in the exact same boat. 169+3.94. I've signed up for October but I've decided not to take it again.
