Would this question be a strongly support question? If not how would I approach this question?
the additional support part in the question is throwing me off

This question stem is a strengthen type. It is worded a little oddly but I have seen this exact question stem in multiple tests. You should approach the answer choices by looking for the one that will most strengthen the argument in the stimulus.
Most Strongly Supported and Must be True never have the phrase "if true" in the question stem.
