Did the time slots come out yet for Asia? I haven't heard anything from LSAC.

This is indeed what has happened in the past. Be prepared, last time the international time slots were available from night to early morning East Asia Time. Here available times were between 5 PM and 7:40 AM.
From what I've heard, LSAC sends you an email two weeks prior the test week. So it's likely that they'll send an email around Jan 4th or 5th! :)
