The file that needed to be downloaded for a proctor to show up wasn't working. Now i have to reschedule. the restart button is not showing up.

The logmein file didn't work on my mac
@taylorchervo92361 same, i'd have to retake as well. are you retaking on 28th of January? Was it Lsat that rescheduled for you?
Happened to me (I also have a macbook air). I had to switch to my mom's computer after about 4 technicians and an hour of troubleshooting. I complained to LSAC about it and I am now retaking on the 28th.
