I just heard of someone getting read aloud and extra paper accommodations, so I suppose if you can get a provider to verify the need it's possible. That said, you lose the utility of existing game boards if you keep erasing them... I've heard people try to use pen for the setup and pencil for different questions as well. Same drawback IMO.
For pretty much any aspect of this test, I'd stay away from "tricks" or anything gimmicky.
Unfortunately all the allowed materials are already noted, and a whiteboard isn't one of them. You'll only be allowed 5 blank pieces of paper to write on.
