I am a native speaker and I find that JY speaks at very fast pace. Sometimes it's okay and sometimes it gets frustrating and he loses me. How can I slow it down?

Sorry about that.
You can set the video playback speed to 0.8x. When you hover your mouse over the video, you'll see speed options. Select "0.8x" for the video to play slower.

On the bottom right hand of the video next to the speaker emoji you should see a "1x" button, if you click on that you can slow down the video to 0.8x
