I think very few schools are sending out admission decisions at this time. I think end of October/Early November is the earliest we're gonna start seeing decisions.
I've only heard back from one school (Penn State Dickinson) in which I was informed that if I applied by 9/1 I would hear back by 9/20 (regular app). Arizona State is another school that sends decisions out earlier because they have a 15 day decision policy.
