I am currently putting together my resume for admissions and I am pretty much done with all of the content, however, the format of my resume is very boring black/white. Do you think this will have a significant impact on admissions or does resume format not really matter for these kinds of applications?

Format definitely matters, but more so in the sense that it should be easy to read and find information at a glance. I’d be happy to take a look if you’re concerned, I worked in human resources in my past career, so have seen a LOT of résumés. I have also done a ton of research regarding résumés for law school apps, so I have a pretty good grasp on what they’re after.
