I took the August LSAT and I was about to get out of the room once the 10minute break started, but the proctor urgently stopped me. He said I had to read the chat before exiting the room, which contained mid-break rules.
I would just double check with the proctor before heading out, just to be sure!
@aashcraft1997828 I think that you can use it during the timed sections if you get permission from the proctor. That being said, I wouldn’t do that as the clock won’t stop while you go to the bathroom during a timed section.

Yes, as long as you do not access any electronic devices or discuss the test with anyone in your testing area, you can definitely use the bathroom.
