As someone who scored -4 LR on my diagnostic, the main skills are just read slowly and closely so you don't have to reread it, and don't waste your time diagramming LR. As for RC no idea lol.
if you come across a question that's clearly stumping you, pick your best guess, flag it, and move on. try to always approach LR like this to give yourself a good chunk of time at the end of a section to go back and review all your flagged questions. that way you dedicate more time to questions that you're struggle with, without taking away from the rest of the section. approaching the section like this will also do wonders for your confidence and anxiety throughout the section.
