If I am getting -10 consistently on reading comp and i am taking jan lsat, should I just cut out an entire passage, and try to do my best on 3 passages?

yes, you can try that and/or waiting until the next exam to really perfect what you would like to work on.
This is what I recommend as well. I score between -7/-8 wrong a section and I usually skip one of the passages.
Yes that is a great idea! If you can go perfect for the first three with more time and guess the final passage, you can potentially get that to -5/-7
