You should be able to log in using the the 'Log in with Google' option as well.

Also, please note that we're adding password login and it should be available by the end of the week.
Does anyone find with the new site you can only access it via magic link? so if i dont have access to my email on the computer i cant use the new site coz theres no username/password login option?

We're adding password login and it should be available by the end of the week. But it's weird that you got logged out after 15 mins. Is that still happening? It's designed so that once you're logged in, we're supposed to keep you logged in for a long time.

The classic site (this one) has never lost anyone's data before. Maybe something else is happening? Can you email studentservice@jy-ping.com with more information? We can help you resolve this.
At for the new site, you cannot log in with your email here https://new.7sage.com/users/log_in? What happens when you try to log in?

As for the new site, you don't have an account. That's why you can't log in. Sign up for an account here with the same email address you are using for the classic site:
https://new.7sage.com/users/register
Once you do, please email studentservice@jy-ping.com and let them know you'd like access to the new 7Sage.
I just signed up today for the Core program, but it wont let me log in on the new site and it wont let me drill on this old one, If I cant utilize 7sage I want a refund :(
On the old site it lost all of my data and on the new site I can not log into my account! this sucks
Please, please fix the log in issues on the new site. I was in the middle of building a custom drill, and when I clicked submit, it seemed to have timed out and logged me out. I had only been logged in for about 15 mins, and it prompted me to log in again with a magic link. The new site would be so much more usable if there were the option for saving a native password, face ID, pass key, literally anything else on the site itself and not have to get inundated with log in links in my email inbox every quarter of an hour.
Hi @schusterkarli487 Yes, the new site is mobile-friendly, so you should be able to access all your materials from your iPhone 13. As for the login, at this time, you can only log in through Google or with a magic link; logging in with a password is not currently supported.
