After a period of learning LSAT, I recognize that I can do better in LEVEL4 or 5 questions. While to level 1-2-3 questions in a section, I will lose some points for some stupid reasons.

This is especially common in LR sections.

I am currently finding (after a month of serious study and a month of reading a textbook) that honestly my most missed questions are between question numbers 10 and 20. Generally around the 13-18 range. So like the level 3-4 questions. I’m glad to hear I’m not alone!

You're probably just overthinking it. Just focus on your fundamentals of breaking down the stimulus and don't get tripped up by obvious answers. You might have developed some bad habits in answering hard questions instead of understanding them fully. Easy questions are designed to test your fundamentals so if you are having trouble on them than maybe go back and study what makes each question type and approach unique.

Same…. I found I’m over thinking. I don’t need more study as much as I need mental control. I’m practicing calming techniques and pressure points that help me slow down, feel confident, and not over think. The pressure point above your thumb seem to help some. But I think this is the mental pressure part of the test and not the logical reasoning!

In one of my most recent sections, I got 6 questions wrong. 5 of them were before question 11. Ironic!

I had a similar issue. For me it was because the answer was “too easy”. Now I make sure to balance my practice, I like to do a section a day to get a good overall study. And if I have time I will do some upper level Q’s.
