I test November its less than 2 weeks away, I feel as if I'm mentally checked out in a way from the test. I've been studying for years now with this being my 3rd attempt at the test. Any suggestions? It feels like a burnout, I can't retain information when reading as easily as i was before due to lack of focus. My mind has been on taking the last for the last month or so fully, my stress level feel elevated I don't know if it's a burn out or more so my nerves causing me to become overwhelmed due to past experiences of not reaching my expected score and the feeling of failure. Every time I test I get a higher score but now, I'm extremely overwhelmed and feeling burned out.
any suggestions on how to get my mental together before test day???

Honestly just give yourself a day or two off. I know it feels counterproductive but sometimes you just need a reset and to come back with a fresh perspective. Find some RC sections on topics you find interesting and practice those to remind yourself that the test can be fun and engaging. If your test scores keep getting higher you're clearly doing something right. Keep going and don't be too hard on yourself :)
Same... when I get frustrated though I go on a run. And I always take a 15 minute mental health (color walk) outside. The nature helps a little.
I've been feeling the same way recently and have been on a hunt to figure it out. My best advice so far is to be active and prioritize other areas in your life to make studying feel less like an overwhelming, all-consuming task. Having balance and prioritizing exercise, social, work, and a good sleep schedule gives more mental space for studying.
Finding ways to make the content feel fun again helps too. Recently, I've been reading each reading comprehension passage with the intention to learn something new, and with that mindset shift I've noticed a positive change in how I am scoring on harder passages. I have also turned each LR question into a puzzle and a game to try and dissect and beat.
