That happened to me too for at least 2 months until I started seeing the shrinking gaps between my timed scores and BR scores. My biggest challenge was I always ran out of time towards the end of each section.
This is just my two cents, but maybe categorizing the the wrong questions into 2 categories: 1) I fundamentally don't understand the logic here, no matter how much time I have and 2) I can get it right eventually, it will just take me a bit
If you see a lot of questions are under 1), then don't worry about the timed score yet and just focus on your BR score. Once your BR score is where you want to be, then you can work on the timing strategy (e.g., try to answer questions in different sequences)
