Which sections of the core curriculum are associated with conditional reasoning? I have it as my highest priority but I'm not sure which lessons correspond. Or is it all of them?

It's the Conditional and Set Logic Unit in the Foundations. If you want to work on specific LR question types that tend to involve conditionals, then MBT and Parallel / Parallel Flaw would be good choices.
