Self-study
Hi! I just got my January LSAT score back, which is one point above my average PT score (yay!) I am currently registered for February but, to be honest, I’m not sure how much I can improve on the actual thing in another week and a half. I was wondering if anyone had guidelines on whether or not it is beneficial to re-take the exam? Thanks!

Were you studying this entire time between when you took the LSAT and till today? If so, then it may be beneficial to take it again but even then, don't expect sizable increases. It also depends on when youre applying to law school...
@ThePainter Yes, I’ve been studying since July and after my Jan test have continued studying. I plan to apply this fall. I think part of the reason I am contemplating whether a retake is worth it is because I have been studying for so long, I’m not sure there is much more room for tangible improvement.
@Minecraftluvr That of course depends on the scores you're getting now. 180 is the ceiling for the LSAT. If you're getting 170s, then your room for improvement is much more trivial than say getting a 155-160.
