Hi everyone! Just took the April LSAT remotely and wanted to come on here and say that THANKFULLY I did not experience any technical or proctor issues. I was super worried and had a negative attitude going into the test because all I have seen online are horror stories and I was convinced that there was no way this goes smoothly for me. BUT I ended up having a great experience and hopefully this helps someone who is feeling anxious about it because I know we can all get caught up in the negativities of the internet.

So to the people who have not taken it yet and are feeling worried about the proctoring system, just know that there is a possibility that everything will go fine!

  • I decided to do in person to avoid any issues and, somehow, I ended up having to wait nearly THREE HOURS in person before even starting. I plan to do a post on my experience but I legit cannot believe the issues surrounding this test. I am glad yours went okay at least.

@JohnBlessing Oh no...that blows my theory out of the water lol. I guess then everyone should be prepared for serious delays, technical issues, etc.

  • I think the takeaway then, is that there is a significant amount of variability in the online test experience (I just posted about my EXTREMELY negative experience). If you want to go into test day with the highest chance of a uniform experience, it seems like test center is the way to go. Online appears to be a crap shoot.
