Self-study
I find that when I blind review, I tend to not miss any. But it is nonetheless frustrating as I want to be able to get it the first time. What are some tips to break through this and get to a point where my BR can match my actual performance on sections/PTs?

For me its the pressure of time...
What are you doing differently on untimed work? Think about how you can do that with timed practice. Are you skipping key steps when you have a timer going?
Trust your gut. I tend to do better when I follow my intuition and not second guess myself. The answer I often select in BR is the "second best" answer I had left as a possibility.
