I took the diagnostic test a week ago and scored a 140. I am following the study guide. I have 9 weeks of course material before I start the practice questions.

Am I supposed to be drilling now? Or wait until the lectures are done?

Start with drills! Too many students wait until they are "ready enough" but that feeling can be elusive and it's arbitrary. The work of solving stimulus can only be achieved by... solving stimulus. I'd recommend Level 1 drills, no timer, and watching the videos of the questions you got wrong + writing down concepts and thing you noticed of your mistakes such as: "I'm not sure what's necessary or sufficient in this case. I totally missed the word 'not' in the conclusion. I actually had no idea what the conclusion was."
