My previous score was around 157 and after finishing the Comprehensive Plan my speed has incredibly dropped to completing barely 50% of the test. Therefore, my score has come down to 138!!! I am beyond frustrated because my LSAT is in June and when I started months ago (last year), I was certain I could go to 170. I am seriously considering canceling June but that means I will miss the opportunity to get in law school this Fall (Aug) on my second-choice school; but opens the opportunity of finishing my BA in 4 weeks and perhaps start in Jan in my first-choice school. Is it possible that 7Sage method may not be the right one for me? Perhaps spent too much time in Comprehensive and my cognitive speed slowed down? Any advice here is extremely helpful!

Why don’t you wait to apply for the next cycle rather than doing it this cycle? From what I read you’re not ready. Plus applying early you have better scholarship chances than you would now. What school are you looking to get into?
@JoshuaPenny91 Agree. I thought about it over the weekend and I concluded the same. ASU. Thanks for the support!
I tried to look at your analytics, but I didn't see any PrepTests on your record. Did you take these PTs somewhere else? If I could see the results I might get a better sense of what might be going on. (Not saying that this applies to you, but sometimes people take the first PT with unlimited time and see a big drop once they start doing tests timed.)
@Kevin_Lin I did take them somewhere else including LawHub. I 'll start taking PT's here to record analytics. Thank you so much!
In a similar boat of wanting to resolve persistent issues - in my case, it's a lack of focus when reading.
- What do you mean by the "comprehensive plan" and the 7Sage method? Are we talking 7Sage's overall approach to the LSAT? For example, my approach is to get as many of what I think are easy questions correct, and accept I won't have time on hard questions where even if I spend 3-4 minutes, I'll still pick the wrong answer choice.
- If speed is the reason for your lower score, could you elaborate on how it's changed so much (to pinpoint if it is due to 7Sage)
@Ender Well, I used to study with different programs and when using Khan Academy I got my 'highest score'. It felt more intuitive. 7Sage offers different study plans: Comprehensive, Balanced, Accelerated... I chose Comprehensive for over 12 weeks of study. I really enjoyed the modules and they are easy to follow, it's just not translating in my score and now anxiety for the June test is not helping. Maybe I just need more practice... Thanks.
@KarlieS thanks for clarifying - I messaged you some hypotheses on how your score could be so impacted
