Hey @dnlwooj, it's really going to depend on things, unfortunately....

Here's the page on LSAC's website where you can read up about how they convert grades into the LSAC calculated GPA: https://www.lsac.org/applying-law-school/jd-application-process/cas/requesting/transcript-summarization

The key for you is this:

    • Will it be clear to LSAC that - in your case - "No Credit" is the same as "Fail" If it's clear that that's what it means, it should count as an F. If it's not clear that that's what it means, you should skate by (and count your lucky stars!).

Here's the relevant language under the "Grades Excluded From Conversion" section: "Grade symbols that have multiple meanings at the issuing school, and the issuing school’s registrar is unable to confirm whether course credit was attempted (such as NC=either No Credit Attempted or No Credit Awarded, etc.)."

And at the end of the day, there's only one way to find out ... and that's to submit your transcript to LSAC and see what happens. Fingers crossed for you!
