Hi everyone!

I am applying for the 2027 cycle and planned on taking September (benchmark) and November exam (my ideal). However, the exam is quite pricey and I’m not sure if I should just register for November? Do both? For context, I’ve been studying since March and started the drilling portion of the curriculum!

Any insight would be helpful! Thank you :)

Hey! This would depend on how close your PT scores are to your goal score. If the September registration deadline (July 28th) rolls around and you're really far from your goal score, then it may be best to hold off until October or November. But if you are close to your goal score by then, September is a good chance to see how well you perform on an actual test. This would give you a chance to see how your actual score compares with your PT scores, and make improvements if you want to retake in November.

It seems like you've been studying for a while already, so make sure you're doing regular PTs (around once a week) so you can have a clearer picture of how far away you are from your goal score!

Hope this helps, and happy studying!

@AsemanShahsavand how far off are we talking?? I’m shooting for a 160-162. Current PT is 155, but drilling and sections close to the 160s and BR is consistently pushing the mid to upper 160s.
