Hi all,

I just took my LSAT argumentative writing (a little late...), but noticed that during the exam, my computer was underlining misspelled words and giving me suggestions to edit them.

I didn't even think to turn this off before the test. I have never used Grammarly or any writing tools, so I didn't even think to disable anything.

Did this happen to anyone else? What happened? Help!

Don't worry; the same thing happened to me, and I didn't read that you were NOT allowed to talk and did the whole time until I realized. Thankfully mine was approved, so yours should be too.

I think this may also just be a feature of the arg writing section that it tells you when something seems to be misspelled, but I could be wrong. But either way, I think the worse thing that can happen is they just cancel that arg writing and ask you to redo it, which I don't think is the worst thing in the world

You're fine! The same thing happened to me on the November 2025 LSAT. It ended up being fine. I think I even took one of the spelling suggestions.
