I found out yesterday that I got accepted into my dream school with a scholarship. I am beyond thrilled and pleasantly surprised that I was accepted. I will be starting law school this fall in August!
I post this as a word of encouragement to those who may be doubting themselves at the moment. My LSAT journey was not easy but looking back I am so happy that I went through everything that I did.
With a diagnostic score of 133 I knew that my journey to law school would be difficult. I took my first LSAT in September of 2025 after studying for nearly a year. I did not score well at all and my plans to apply early were crushed. I was no longer confident that I would even get to attend law school.
I decided to get back on the saddle and change my study plan to 7 Sage from LSAT demon and studied since the September LSAT all the way to this past June. I signed up and took the LSAT again at the last minute in June. I knew it was a long shot because the one school I wanted to go to was accepting applications only through July 15th as my timeline was cutting it extremely close with classes starting in just a few weeks.
I performed much better on my June LSAT and I wearily submitted my application July 3rd. I found out yesterday that I got in!
I give all the glory and praise to God, and I give a special thanks to 7 Sage for helping me achieve my dreams.

I just took my LSAT, and I did not get the score I had hoped for, even after 6 months of studying. This has given me so much motivation to keep studying and move forward! Congratulations and good luck in law school! :)
@leahbonsignore I too was frustrated that I did not get it as quickly as others. For me as a first gen student I feel so much pressure and I am just so happy that I was able to tackle the LSAT and even get into law school. While my score is not glamorous to some, the fact that it was good enough to get me in to my top school is enough satisfaction for me and knowing I did my best. You got this! It might take a long time but when you’re through you will feel so happy with yourself. There is light at the end of the tunnel :)
@MakennaRiley17 I'm a first gen too! It really is difficult to deal with the pressure and unknowns of this journey. Good on you for giving yourself the credit you deserve. This is an incredible achievement, congratulations! You're gonna do great! :)
Congratulations! 👏🏽 This definitely gives me some hope and encouragement. My practice time has not been the best and life has been throwing some crazy curve balls at me lately so it’s been tough to focus. I take the LSAT in August and hoping with the help of God that I can get a good enough score to get into law school.

How many hours a day did you study?
@RamiGhozeil only 2-3 on my work days and on weekend I would try and do timed sections/tests. I worked full-time as well as went to college full-time through my study journey so I found it difficult to get in consistent hours but I tried my best!

This is giving me hope my PT are in the 130s.... any advice on how you studied? I'm doing wrong answers journal reviews.
@ArianaCrumpe95 I feel you. I was stuck in the 130’s for the longest time. I know this doesn’t work for everyone but I literally drilled so many questions. I just drilled and drilled and really sat with the question to understand why the answer is what it is. Doing that helped me notice that there are patterns in the LSAT questions they just switch up the subjects/names! Also the 7 sage You-Tube videos helped a lot!!

@ArianaCrumpe95 I was also stuck in the 130s for a while and my last PT in a mock-LSAT environment I scored a 144. What helped me was understanding the foundation of LR through the loophole and knowing what each question is asking and looking for
