Hi! I'm scheduled to take the September test, and i'm currently just beginning timed practice (1 section a day, alternating days between LR and RC + blind review + reviewing wrong answers). I'm scoring in the low 150s with the timer and high 150s to 162 with BR - for both LR and RC. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice to break into the 160s, and whether i have enough time to get to a 160 by September?

It's very possible! I agree with the below. I'd also suggest not doing a section every day! The majority of growth at this stage is going to come from drilling. If you're missing a question type on the section, drill it! It's a far more efficient use of your study time, and gives you a chance to break down how you answer questions and figure out a strategy and approach. Once you've got a good handle on all the question types you missed, then you can hit a section again to look for more weak spots.

@PhoebeHopp Thank you so much! I'll use this approach for LR, however, would the same apply for RC? I feel like I struggle a lot on RC with timing, but most especially with science passages

It is very possible to get 160s by September! I recommend dissecting every question and answer choices and saying out loud why it is right or wrong and then check the answers after during blind review

@Sunnyside Thank you!! I'll try this as opposed to just reading why the answer is right :)
