I know there has been the new change! Yet, whenever I go to highlight...nothing. The highlighter tool does not pop up at all. Is anyone else having this issue? I really need my highlighter lol.

I'm also having trouble with the highlighting tool. It is very annoying and distracting.
Same issue here. It only works occasionally...and it does not work while I am PTing :(
