Mine is saying 4 pm utc which translates to 12:00 pm edt. Seems like someone when formatting the general email or the scheduler opening up neglected to note that it's edt right now rather than est.
@superchillasian@mkuranty they should have sent an email to you/ if you log into your LSAC account it should pop up. I was able to already schedule mine... Although I did get in right at 11 and was still 50th in cue, could be they just have too many people in the cue?

Mine is saying not open until 10PM UTC???
@BenjaminMcDaniel As is mine, does that mean it opens at 4pm central?? I wish it was clearer.
@KatrinaFurman they do a staggered system. Hopefully yours opens soon! everyone should be able to do it at some point today

@KSki They sent me an email as well and it's still shown it's not open. And I logged on the website 30 min before...
