How the heck do I get better at critique/debate passages?

By far my biggest weakness across the board is critique/debate RC passages. I consistently miss 2-3 questions per passage no matter the difficulty or topic. This is not close to my other types of RC passages where I am well above 70% accuracy.

I noticed I will see answer choices and immediately throw them out because I feel like they are either too extreme or twists the author's view too far... am I supposed to be looking for stronger answer choices and less neutral ones?

Any advice would be much appreciated because I feel like I am improving in every area besides this one.
