Hello All!
For those of you who are registered for the August 2026 LSAT, what was date availability like when scheduling your test? I'm registered for the September 2026 LSAT, and I'm a little worried that I won't be able to get my preferred test date.
I'd love any input on how good /bad the date and time slot availability was for you.
(I understand that location plays a big role in scheduling availability but I'd still love to hear about everyone's experiences regardless)
Thank you!

I was able to get my preferred date but not my preferred time :/ there’s only 1 prometric testing center in the vegas area
I registered the day before the deadline closed, and only Wednesday was available by the time my scheduling window opened. To be fair, I live in Los Angeles, and there is only one testing center here in a county of almost ten million. So YMMV.
That's good to know. I was waffling on if I wanted to register for October now but I know I'm going to be taking it again then short of me knocking it out of the park in August.
@asherketchum is LA that bad? isnt there at least 3 in the metro la area (culver city, anaheim, and diamond bar)? im not sure if you are able to register for those locations though...
@user123454321 Well, I guess it depends on your definition of LA haha - but Anaheim and Diamond Bar are incredibly inconvenient for me. I did not want an hour and a half long trek to add to test day stress, and Culver City seems to be the most popular location since it's closest to the densest population centers.
There are technically three options for Culver City (all the same center, though), and yet I still found it impossible to get a slot on any day besides Wednesday. For reference, when I registered for June using the old free-for-all registration system, I was able to pretty easily get a Saturday slot - so registering early makes a difference.
I was able to get my preferred time and date, two caveats though: 1. I think I got the second day of scheduling, and I live in Huntsville, so I’m not sure how many people are taking it here (I can’t imagine many are).
