I am running out of fresh content, but I frequently get questions I've taken before wrong- regardless if I got it right or wrong before, and it's because I think oh I got it wrong last time bc of this blah blah even if I didn't. I have tried to tell myself don't think about the last time you took this question, when I familiar questions, but it doesn't help, does anyone have advice?

Hi! I'm in the same boat and something that helped me was realizing that there can be multiple question types that come from the same LR stimulus. Now when I get a repeat stimulus, I try to convince myself that it could be a new question type that I haven't seen before because I usually don't remember much about the answer choices. For questions that I remember pretty clearly, I force myself to give an explanation for why each AC is right/wrong that must rely on something other than whether or not I remember getting it right/wrong in the past.
