Do you mean: "Will you not get scholarships if you apply to law school in December or January?" as in "does applying later mean you have less of a chance for scholarship?"
Or, do you mean: "Will you not get scholarships if you apply to law school in December for a January start date?" (and there aren't a whole lot of law schools with Jan starts, so I'd want to know what school you're talking about here...)
It’s going to depend a bit on the school and how things go this admissions cycle, but applying in Dec/Jan shouldn’t mean you get less of a merit scholarship award than if you had applied earlier.
